SARK INSURANCE SERVICES, INC. is a small but growing firm that works with complex commercial insurance policies. We are looking for a Call Center Representative for marketing to current and future customers in the insurance industry! We are looking for an energetic candidate who can capture the attention of leads, handle complaints and inquiries, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Transform sales leads into customers by offering valuable products and services.
- Complete forms and send emails through CRM with customers on call.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Act professionally at all times
- Previous experience in a sales/telemarketing role preferred!
- Knowledge of Trucking Industry, Worker's Compensation, and Commercial Insurance HIGHLY preferred! If you have worked as a trucker, trucking logistics, or trucking operations, we'd love to have you!
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- High School/GED preferred but not required.
- Language skills: Punjabi and/or Spanish preferred!
- Flat pay structure with commissions! No hierarchy, your bonuses are entirely up to how much you can market!
