Manages incoming calls from members, providers, brokers and agents. Researches issues to find resolution for the caller and manages response time. Accesses systems to respond to caller regarding health benefits, claim status, and covered services and tracks all calls received. Works with other team members to achieve team goals including average speed of answer, average handle time and quality of service. Completes outgoing calls to employer groups, providers and members to resolve outstanding inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,500.00 - $29,500.00 per year
