Full Description :

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude! Qualified candidates should be able to assist the office and all clients of the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail, mail, and in person, making appointments and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the office.

To be successful as our Executive Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite and attentive while also striving for maximum accuracy. They should always be prepared and responsible, willing to meet each challenge directly. They must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients
  • Answer, screen and route phone calls to the appropriate party
  • Provide scheduling by booking appoints and preventing conflicts
  • Anticipate the needs of coworkers and clients to ensure a seamless & positive experience for clients
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, maintaining or improving upon filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
