Your Role

Sullivan’s Eatery & Creamery has been serving home-made ice-cream and comfort food since 1977. Locally owned and operated Ice Cream parlor, that takes pride in being founded on ice cream yet built around families and the community.

We are searching for a Shift Leader / Floor Manager, that can multi-task and thrive at a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent experience for the customer.


Responsible for leading Front of House shifts in a busy, fast-paced environment. Our shift leaders are also floor managers. They lead general shift duties, as well as hosting and expediting as needed on busier shifts.

· Carryout store opening and closing procedures

· Be a people person and put the customer first

· Lead team to achieving the best customer service

· Lead the guest hosting and seating process

· Assist servers on busier shifts by expediting food running, and touching tables as needed

· Assist Ice cream scoopers with Sundae making as needed

· Assist with training when needed

· Monitor supplies as well as communicate inventory status to the General Manager

· Maintain cleanliness in restaurant at all times

· Carryout cashiering and guest checkout duties

· Coordinate take-out orders for completeness and accuracy

· Anticipate the guest’s needs and react before they need to ask

· Resolve any inconveniences for customers rapidly and effectively

· Look for ways to go above and beyond for your guests and coworkers

· Hours are based on business and restaurant needs


· High School Diploma / GED

· Food Service background / experience

· Must have excellent people skills

· Management experience preferred

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time

· Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.50 to $16.50 /hour


  • Shift Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • restaurant: 2 years (Required)
  • Aloha POS: 1 year (Preferred)
