As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be taking 30-50 inbound calls from our customers each day, focusing on providing excellent customer service while also understanding what other products or services they could benefit from. For this position, we are looking for experienced and self-motivated customer service professionals who enjoy helping people, are motivated by exceeding goals, and are excited to join our team!

Who We're Looking For

We are interested in individuals who have the following characteristics:

  • 3+ years of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) customer service experience
  • Retail or phone sales experience (Phone Preferred)
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics
  • Eager to learn and very coachable
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for conversing with a variety of people
  • Excited to be a part of a highly motivated and innovative company culture

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
