The Member Experience Representative delivers the diverse financial solutions that our members demand and the highly personalized, individually rewarding experiences that they deserve.
Performs a variety of duties that combine all aspects of member services, account opening, and consumer lending functions. Serves members from various locations such as lobby counter, office area or drive-thru. Provides clear and concise communication by phone, email, and in-person. Works with other departments and branches to fulfill the members needs and is empowered to provide solutions. Responsible for upholding our Core Values when dealing with co-workers, our members and the communities we serve.
Well-developed communication and member service skills, active listening,attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include, but are not limited to: a high school education or GED, must be a caring individual that treats others with respect and dignity, basic math skills, competence with computers, software programs, and computer keyboard by touch, accurate cash handling, standing up to 90% of the time, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
