Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer and dealer service
  • Solicits, prepares, and processes personal applications and renewals
  • Maintains insurance filing and record-keeping systems
  • Performs collection activities on delinquent accounts
  • Ensures all Company invoices are processed timely
  • Receives payments and posts to customer accounts
  • Maintains cash drawer accuracy and security
  • Prepares and submits office bank deposits and checkbook transactions
  • Prepares and assembles reports for remittance and for branch record-keeping
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required


  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest level
  • Proficiency with computer equipment and Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi task
  • Displays proficiency in the following global competencies:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $35.00 /hour
