American Health Associates is looking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift workers and to join our constantly growing Call Center Team! We have openings during the week- all shifts, and on our Weekend Team!

American Health Associates (AHA) is looking for Call Center Representatives in Davie, FL! We are looking for candidates with strong customer service experience

The selected candidate must possess:

· 1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a Call Center or Healthcare environment

· Knowledge of Lab Test orders preferred

· Providing critical results to our clients in a timely manner

· Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills

· Effective verbal and written communications, especially listening skills

· 10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry with 40 WPM speed and accuracy

· Computer literate

· Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with a diverse group of co-workers

· Able to work productively, effectively, and independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong work ethic and agreement to report for work on time

· Detail oriented

The person hired will be trained to work in the following areas:
1. Answering telephones/ resolving client issues/ calling critical results
2. Entering results and patient demographics
3. Monitoring incoming and outgoing faxes on the fax server
4. Making calls to dispatch a member of AHA's phlebotomy team

5. working a complete shift: arriving on time and leaving on time

We are open 24/7/365 including holidays. We look for candidates who are available to work the established schedules as well as holidays on a rotation basis.
