About Us

We are a mission-driven organization and are looking for a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and looks forward to making a difference people’s lives. Working under the guidance of a Clinical Consultant, this contract position is responsible for providing outreach to speech-language pathologists (SLPs) via onsite in-services or webinars. This position is open to remote applicants and most geographic areas are desirable.

Major Objectives, Responsibilities, and Tactics:

  • Completes ’s training for Introduction to in-services/webinar
  • Schedules outreach with SLPs by using own contacts and/or a provided list of SLPs who have expressed interest in Continuing Education
  • Provides in-services or webinars at least once per week; more if desirable
  • Adheres to American Speech Language Hearing Association’s (ASHA) standards for providing Continuing Education courses
  • Submits information regarding in-services to ’s Business Development Coordinator (BCD) for accurate reporting, ordering of equipment and refreshments for outreach
  • Meets weekly with a Clinical Consultant


Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Highly organized
  • Exhibits strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills through both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to take on new challenges and work outside of one’s comfort zone
  • Ability to maintain proper, courteous, and helpful telephone etiquette
  • Ability to comfortably interface with various users across the organization
  • Knowledge in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Medical/Rehabilitation/Therapy setting
  • Experience in conducting trials
  • Computer Skills: 1-2 years


Work Experience:

Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist: 3 years

Formal Education:

Required – Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred – Master’s Degree

Compensation: per diem rate

Job Type: Contractor
