Full Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to learn and grow. This person relishes the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision. They are deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted.

The position requires a wide array of abilities and character traits. In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished real estate professional, you will be helping to manage a rapidly growing small company. We hope you like variety and are stimulated by diverse work responsibilities. Small business owners need to utilize a large range of skills, as the Administrative Assistant, you will too!

Some of the skills include:
Bookkeeper/Accountant, Organization Specialist, Perfectionist. Dog enthusiast (more on this later).

4-6 months accommodation (this is a requirement)

Bookkeeping, receipt tracking, financial reports, and systems
Oversee scheduling for executive and team
Maintain CRM, password management system, etc. Cloud-based filing system.
Keep online presence up-to-date
Maintain spreadsheets of weekly/monthly sales statistics and expense reports
Support for real estate management
Manage physical office space
Errands as needed
Able to work around dogs
Real estate experience preferred but not required

Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite, Social Media
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
Learning-based and solution-oriented
Extremely organized
Able to follow orders

Company - We’re a multi national real estate and asset management firm, primarily working between South Africa and the US.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
